Race and Resentment

Tuesday, May 4th, 2010

Thomas Sowell’s article on TownHall.com reminds his readership that racism is indeed alive and well. In the black community. Jealousy is a sickness that has to be resolved immediately, but that would place the race-baiters out of business. We can’t have that now, can we?

What Arizona Must Live With

Monday, May 3rd, 2010

Mark Steyn is in rare form (and that’s saying something) describing the ridiculousness of what Arizonans have to put up with from liberal hypocrites in my state. Boycott a state who has received no help from the Federal Government in controlling borders (which is indeed their job)? Screw that. Gavin Newsome and Antonio Villaragosa can both go to Hell as far as I’m concerned.

Arizona faces tougher sanctions than Iran

Friday, April 30th, 2010

Mark Steyn muses on the misguided among our fellow citizens who always seem to root for the bad guy rather than for the victim.  The left is truly filled with sick people.

Mexico acknowledges migrant abuse, pledges changes

Thursday, April 29th, 2010

One of the more vulgar displays of cynicism regarding the debate over immigration in Arizona is the fact that Mexico has proven to be so hypocritical about alleged abuse of it’s citizens while being accused of kidnapping and even murdering migrants entering into their country. Now they claim they will change. No one should allow Mexico even a peep of commentary until they are proven to be scot-free of any criminal mischief.

Arizona takes the cuffs off police

Wednesday, April 28th, 2010

Byron York has done a fabulous job writing editorials for the Washington Examiner. He’s in especially fine form today writing on how much Arizonans are supporting their governor, Jan Brewer, for having the guts to sign a bill that will, as State Senator Russell Pearce (R-Mesa) puts it, “…take the handcuffs off the police and put them on violent criminals.” Expect Governor Brewer to be receiving the Sarah Palin treatment shortly, however. Liberals waste no time in smearing a person they don’t agree with.

Mexican flag has no place in an immigration march

Such ingratitude. My parents and grandparents worked honestly to get into this country and never felt the need to resort to the arrogant posturing of radical groups like La Raza (who proudly espouse irredentist views) or MeChA (who are little more than a radical group who peddle in myths of an Aztec Empire that wasn’t quite what they make it out to be), both of whom should remember they don’t get to dictate policy here.

WWII: The most racist generation

Friday, March 19th, 2010

I have a hard time loathing Tom Hanks. He’s a good actor. He’s a fellow Orthodox Christian. But when it comes to his comments regarding religion (The DaVinci Code) and politics (The Pacific is, thankfully, spared his rubbishing of American soldiers), he’s an idiot. Words fail to describe just how stupid he sounds in making WWII a war of mere racism, considering who was allied with whom.

The Washington Times’ editorial board takes Hanks to task for his insulting comments.

Podhoretz, defending Limbaugh, blasts Foxman’s ‘chutzpah’

Tuesday, January 26th, 2010

One could see this headache coming from a mile away, but it seems the cavalry has come in to save the day.  Rush Limbaugh was absolutely right to lambaste the POTUS for, as he so eloquently put it,
‘raping the bankers of America.’  That little outburst, because of an association in the minds of some to mean “Jews,” got the ADL’s Abe Foxman worked into a tizzy.  Norman Podhoretz, a Conservative Jew, let Foxman have it today for being little more than a shill of the Democratic Party using mafioso tactics to brand any Conservative voice as “anti-Semetic.”

Foxman is a joke and a shakedown artist in the mold of Jesse Jackson.  He should be discredited by serious Jews immediately.
