Dear R.A. Carrera: Please note that SOME of my blogs are INCOMPLETE. Like the 2 posts in Anselm of Canterbury: The Major Works. And the posts, Saint Photios, The Mystagogy of the Holy Spirit. I am working on paraphrasing (putting it into paraphrased words) from the work, Rev. Fr. Dr. Michael Azkoul, Ph.D., and Holy Transfiguration Monastery, Boston, Massachusetts, translators. When it is complete please check it out. Also, the work on Anselm, which is a major Western apology for the Filoque, I will put into languages like Russian and Greek so the Eastern Orthodox Christians can see how Western Christians apologize for their Filioque error. We Russian (American convert) Orthodox should know why God used John 15:26 to save our souls from Filioque and the theology that attracted us to Orthodoxy (as well as the fact I was once an antinomian Lutheran of Augustinian heritage, and rather lax in erotic morals: I still struggle with this issue, but I am largely not as distracted by these concerns, but as a member, new member of ROCOR I am only human, and I still have the emotional baggage to how I was in many years of personal sins). Anyway, the LORD has blessed me as a new member of Orthodoxy, but I still have issues of eating habits and fasting, and these I must confess. I have to be smarter and more faithful and follow Church guidelines in this matter better. I am studying Orthodoxy and reading the Bible. God bless you R.A. Carrera.
